Health Care as Well-Being

Health is a condition where illness and infirmity are totally absent. It is the state when all the systems of the body are functioning well, when the total quality of life is normal values for growth, energy, metabolism, immunity and other physical aspects exist. It is important to realize that spiritual wellness aims at promoting healing within all human beings, especially those who suffer from different kinds of illnesses. Religious counseling is also recommended by some experts for people who are not sure if they have any kind of illness.

Health can also be improved by having a balanced diet and by exercising regularly. A healthy diet should include all the basic food groups as well as the necessary vitamins and minerals, like A, D, E, C, B5 and K2. Vitamins, minerals and nutrients can affect the functioning of our bodily systems. A balanced diet is necessary in order to maintain physical well-being or mental health, it is also important in order to have a good health insurance and a good quality of life.
