In the United States, the word health means the ability to lead a healthy life. It also includes the ability to experience enjoyment and work successfully in a healthy environment. It also recognizes that “health” should be viewed as a state that can change and improve over time. It is essential for people to realize that they must monitor their health on a regular basis.

There are many symptoms that indicate that someone may be suffering from poor mental health, which include mood swings, irritability, fatigue, difficulty focusing and sleeping problems.

A wide variety of foods includes fruits, vegetables, cereals, breads, dairy products, fish, poultry, meat, legumes, nuts, seeds and soy. The physical environment refers to the surroundings one’s in, such as air, noise, sunlight and ground temperature.

All these elements can be obtained by adopting a holistic approach to health – a combination of exercise, proper medication and a good diet.
